Dummy are back with fresh material, and if their 2024 album Free Energy is anything to judge by, we're in for a treat. There's something wonderfully unpretentious about a band willing to embrace their own name as a joke while making genuinely inventive electronic rock, and these new tracks suggest they're building on something special. If you've been sleeping on Dummy, their upcoming record sounds like the perfect moment to dive in, and we reckon Cledvibes Radio listeners who love their music a bit textured and playful will find plenty to enjoy here.
