mercury – “Roar Of The Heliac Goat”
Mercury's back with another track that sounds like it's got real teeth to it, and judging by what she pulled off with "Heaven," this one's worth your attention. If you're into guitar work that actually makes you sit up and listen, rather than just fade into the background, then "Roar Of The Heliac Goat" seems like the kind of thing that'll grab Cledvibes Radio listeners who appreciate grunge done with some genuine craft. Maddie Kerr clearly isn't interested in playing it safe, and honestly, that's exactly the sort of boldness we're here for.
From Stereogum: Last year, mercury caught our attention with her towering grunge epic "Heaven," which was adorned with crashing guitars and arresting vocals that made the song unforgettable. Now, Maddie Kerr is back with another stunner. This one's called "Roar Of The Heliac Goat." The post mercury – “Roar Of The Heliac Goat” appeared first on Stereogum.
